PIH Supplements and Slumber

This is a list of our recommended recovery tools and supplements. Ones that we use and have seen the benefits of in our own lives and the lives of our clients. These are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before consuming any over the counter recommendations. Besides the LMNT, these are all links to amazon.com

Naken Protein Powder

I get the unflavored kind and always drink it with milk or blend it with something else which really enhances the flavor! What matters to us most though is that it’s clean and gives us exactly what the body needs with no added unnecessary ingredients.

Cod Liver Oil

Basically fish oil, but in its most raw form. Wild caught and 3rd party tested. We use this to help recover after a hard workout.

Blue Light Blocking Glasses

As part of an established nightly routine, we recommend to always put on BLB glasses 2 hours before bed. It helps your mind rest so the body can follow.

Calm Magnesium

This is the stuff right here. Our go to night-time drink that we recommend to anyone looking to get better sleep throughout the night.

Ashwagandha

Not as many studies out on Ashwagandha, but what we do know is pretty exciting. For guys, ….. who knows, our daughter might not even be here if it wasn’t for Neil taking this. Nuff said.

Greens Blend

If you want a good variety of greens with a decent taste, this is the one I use. We often mix it with an LMNT pack to sweeten the flavor.

Vitimin D3

We take this often in the summer and every single day during the winter. We recommend this for almost all our clients.

LMNT

If there is one thing we drink a least one of everyday, it’s LMNT. We prefer the citrus salt flavor and it’s our go-to drink when we’re thirsty or just craving something healthy besides water.
