Large Resistance Bands: Used mainly for Pull-ups, but can also be good for assisted stretching. We use these with our clients all the time.
We use this everyday for warm-up. Great tool to get the glutes firing properly. We also use them in-between sets or as an accessory movement on leg days.
Same concept as the tribe bands to the left, but a little bit cheaper version. The main complaint we have with these is that sometimes they roll up on the legs making the fit uncomfortable, but they definitely still get the job done.
Thumb tape: I love this grip tape. I used to get Averagebros, but that got too expensive, so now I use this one which is almost just as good for half the price.
Maybe I’ve been tanted by CrossFit, but this is the only row I ever use and will recommend to somebody. Other brands hurt my back and don’t track well. Hands down best there is, but if you want the best you have to be prepared to pay the price for it…
I’m convinced this is the best piece of cardio equipment money can buy. Mine is 6 years old and its still my favorite go to butt-kicker. Heavy breathing guaranteed!
This is great for stability work and various core exercises. This is one of many that would work, but this is the size and thickness you're looking for.
If you want new stable equipment shipped right to you, get these Dumbbells. They are the brand we use and we love them.
We actually haven’t purchased this because we already have one similar, but If we were to get another one, this would be it. It’s soft enough to pad the knees and bum, but firm enough to still support 250 pounds+. It will securely hang in your garage on hooks as to not take up space.
This is the exact bench we use. Not amazing, but it’s stable, and good enough for most everything you could want to do.
This is what we will buy next, It’s a slightly longer, easier to adjust, and more stable version of the other version for only 50$ more.
Easy to set up, stable, clean, and inexpensive. What more do you want?
We recommend men get 35-45# and females get 25-35#.
If I was looking for a soft plyo box, this is what I would go with.
This is the one I have and would buy again. Very sturdy but cumbersome and unnecessary if your not planning to do 30” box jumps.
Great for cardio and upper body explosive power. I recommend men get 20-30lbs and women get 10-20lbs.
